Bazaar Raja ("we", "us") is operated by Archelion International Pvt. Ltd., Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy explains what information we handle when you use bazaarraja.in, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

• Your player name. It is saved only in your own browser (local storage) so the game remembers it next time. We do not receive it on our servers.
• Game state and chat. In the current version, games and chat run on your device only. When online rooms launch, game moves and chat messages will pass through our servers to reach other players in your room, and we will update this policy before that happens.
• Usage data. We may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Google Analytics) to understand which pages are used and to fix problems. These tools may set cookies and collect your device type, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit.
• Ads. If we show ads (for example Google AdSense), the ad provider may use cookies to show relevant ads. You can manage ad personalisation in your Google account settings.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for an account, phone number, email address, Aadhaar, or any payment details to play. Bazaar Raja has no real-money features.

How we use information

Only to run the game, keep it working, improve it and keep it safe. We do not sell your personal data.

Children

Bazaar Raja is a family-friendly game in its default settings. The optional meme mode with strong language is meant for adults (18+) and is off by default. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

You can clear your saved name at any time by clearing your browser's site data. For any request about your data, or to raise a complaint, write to our Grievance Officer below.
